Rebecca Parchment, 26, is a beauty queen who represented Cayman Islands in Miss World 2007 in China. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and major in Marketing, she is currently working as a Brand Manager.

She's the only delegate who participate at both Miss World 2007 and Miss Universe 2008 and consider one of the oldest contestant who took part in both competitions.

The unique that has happened to her is she met and worked with Mandla Mandela. She sang and helped assist him and a childrens choir from South Africa on Worlds AIDS Day during Miss World 2007 Pageant which won by Zhang Zilin from People's Republic Of China.
