Roxanna Panufnik (born 1968) is a British composer of Polish heritage. She is the daughter of the composer and conductor Sir Andrzej Panufnik.

Roxanna Panufnik studied composition at the Royal Academy of Music in London. She wrote and presented BBC Radio 3’s "Composer of the Week" on her father in November 1993.In 1995 and 1996, she was selected as the first-ever Composer-in-Residence of the Royal County of Berkshire.
