The Point ("Independent Radio, The Point") is a small radio network operating in the state of Vermont. The station first signed on as a single frequency local Montpelier station (WNCS) in 1977. It was started by Jeb Spaulding, who is currently Vermont's State Treasurer. Although at that time there was no designated Adult Alternative format, The Point's programming values have been solidly Adult Alternative (AAA) for its entire history.

The Point has won numerous awards over the course of its history, including Radio and Records' AAA Station of the Year (markets 101+) in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008. In 2008 The Point was inducted into the trade publication F.M.Q.B.'s Hall Of Fame for AAA Stations in markets 51 and smaller.

The Point broadcasts on seven frequencies, all FM. They are:

*95.7 - WDOT (Danville/Saint Johnsbury)
*103.1 - WRJT (Royalton/White River Junction)
*104.7 - WNCS (Montpelier/Burlington)
