East Anglia Transport Museum

The East Anglia Transport Museum is a located in Carlton Colville near Lowestoft in Suffolk, England. It is the only museum in the country where you can ride on all three principal forms of public transport.

What the Museum offers

The museum has many exhibits ranging from a 1904 Lowestoft Corporation tram to a 1983 Sinclair C5. There are tram rides available on a route which takes you past the museum's trolleybus depot and up to the Woodside terminus. The trolleybus route extends as far as the trolleybus depot where passengers may embark for a ride on the museums 2ft gauge railway to Chapel Road (the other end of the tram route). The museum has the last trolleybus to operate and the last tram to move under its own power in London, Nos 1521 & 1858 respectivley.
